 OUTDOOR RETAIL ASSOCIATE/GENERAL LABOR

Job Responsibilities Include but is not limited to;

  • Providing friendly efficient service to all customers

  • Greeting all customers with a smile and asking what they need help with & what brought them in to the store

  • Circulating the parking lot for carriages

  • Answering any questions a customer may have

  • Escorting customers and their purchases to their car and thanking them for their business

  • Maintaining front and side retail yards

  • Loading soil and mulch into customers cars

  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and/or have no other physical limitations

  • Perform other physical tasks and/or working on your feet for the duration of your shift. 

SALES ASSOCIATE

Job Responsibilities Include but is not limited to;

  • Outstanding customer service

  • Cashiering

  • Merchandising

  • General store maintenance

CASHIER/RETAIL ASSOCIATE

Job Responsibilities Include but is not limited to;

  • Outstanding customer service

  • Cashiering in fast-paced garden center

  • Answer phone

  • Keep area clean and stocked

  • Ability to multitask

  • Greet customers and be able to direct their questions to the right team member

  • Customer-service focused

  • REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Prior experience in horticulture working with plants and gardening products is highly valued but not necessary if candidate is willing to learn.

  • Must be friendly and possess a customer centric mentality and conduct every interaction with confidence and a smile on your face.
